DART-nuun came in 2nd place in this afternoons TRIOBA 12. The team looked a little ragged crossing the finish line but the real clincher was the navigation problems at CP16. DART-nuun felt they lost about 30min in that navigation error. That gave the edge to MERGEO and that is what MERGEO said they needed. MERGEO said they weren't sure if they were going to catch DART-nuun and they were just waiting for DART-nuun to make a mistake. MERGEO said, "The race was so close we knew we could possibly win if DART made even a small navigational error."

Both teams are now in good spirits after congratulating each other. Nice hot, hard and fast racing on both teams parts. So fast that right now no other teams have come in for the last hour and 20min.

Although teams DART-nuun and MERGEO came in 19min apart, the video was mixed to show both finishes in one clip.
