RSSCOSMIC Series Finals
The 2008 COSMIC Series finals are completed with the final race of the season taking place this past weekend at A-Basin. With an elevation at the start of the race of almost 10,800 ft it was tough to ever recover from the over 5,000 vertical feet of elevation gain on the course.Team Salomon/Crested Butte of course was representing with Wick taking first in the race and the overall series points victory! Jon Brown finished 4th in the race and 2nd overall in the series and the lovely Jari place 2nd in the race and 2nd in the Series behind Monique Merrill of Nike!
Next up for the team is a regional adventure race in Buena Vista as part of the AdventurXtreme Series on May 10th and then off to Ireland for The Turas June 15-21.
Don't worry though we're still skiing up in the mountains around Crested Butte for some time yet, there is tons of snow STILL here!
