Primal Quest sells out in under 12 hours
From a recent post to the official site:
Primal Quest is excited to announce that the 2008 race sold out in less than 12 hours! Registration opened at midnight and within 30 minutes more than half the applications were filled by teams from 5 different countries.

Now will they all pay the full $12,500?
Wow - that surprises me but I guess that shows the sport isn't "dead!" :)
how is that possible? no location? no TV? no sponsors? and $12,500 per team?
why do some teams have team numbers who registered within the first hour, and some do not? do only those teams who have paid have their number?
never mind...i just didn't receive the e-mail and we are in!
Where did you see a preliminary team listing with team numbers?
Does anyone know when the details for the "other" big race will be public? We signed up for PQ but want to know the details for this supposed other race before we send in the big check. Help!
Expect an official announcement and website launch no later mid-July. Confirmed today.
It wasn't a team number as I thought, just the number in which a team had registered. We never received that, so thought we were not in.
